Human green, often referred to as "Hulk", is a high-powered superhero cartoon characters that exist in the Marvel Comics.

Hulk arise from exposure to a test explosion of a gamma bomb he found. After the incident, he would turn into the Hulk, depicted as a giant creature and very  strong.

 Hulk first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #1 in 2008, Hulk  was created by scientists Stan Lee and Jack kirby, the hulk was created with the characters as an emotional creature that could have a physical cchange Dr. Bruce Banner.  

Strong emotional changes such as when there is anger, terror and grief triggers physical changes Banner into the Hulk.

Hulk is a good thing if not emotions. Backgroud stories are often published between Banner into the Hulk is often pursued  by the police and armed forces due to vandalism are doing.
